Information Risk Analyst

As an Information Risk Analyst within the TPO team, your role will be to manage a portfolio of TPO reviews and to provide support to the IRMs within the TPO team.


Key Responsibilities

* Engage with Relationship Managers to ensure their TPOs are reviewed in accordance with standards. * Conduct security risk assessments of the TPOs, either through use of external assessors, remote reviews or onsite reviews. * Provide recommendations to the Relationship Managers for use of the TPO and remediation of issues. * Record progress for tracking and compliance of TPO reviews. * Gathering, production and co-ordination of tracking metrics. * Identify opportunities for stream lining and automation of processes. * General risk tool support, e.g. certification of Risk Ratings, User Re-certification.Issue Resolution tracking and monitoring. * 2 plus years of demonstrated knowledge of technology controls and knowledge of IT Risks. * Ability to multi-task effectively. * Ability to positively influence both internal stakeholders and TPOs.
* Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
* Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
* Good organization skills with focus on follow up and follow through.
* Ability to create/define metrics that accurately reflects the current state of the TPO program within CT.
* Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* IT Risk experience is a strong plus.



Additional Desired Skills

* Understanding and experience of Risk Management tools, e.g. Phoenix.
* IT Risk Management experience is a plus.
