Function:
R&D India in Gurgaon requires Sub-System Architect to work in its VXML IVR team. VXML IVR is part of the product in the Charging System (CS) family.
The selected candidate would work as a sub-System Architect in the VXML IVR team. Sub-System Architect’s primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between implementation and high-level system design concerned to VXML IVR product area. He would be member of product’s System Architecture Team (SAT), which is responsible for VXML IVR product architecture. He would be working in team to support other members in development projects (R&D projects, Product Customization and Design Maintenance).

Experience - 6-8 Yrs
Skills
-Good hands-on experience in Java
-Experience in a software design modeling tool
-Experience and knowledge of algorithms and data structures, OOAD, multithreaded programming, databases
-Experience and knowledge of Software architectures, Software life cycle, test specifications
-Proactive, motivated, works well in team and should be a good communicator
-Knowledge of protocols like SS7, ISUP, SIP, SMPP and SNMP
- Charging System product knowledgeResponsibilities: -Propose architecture and high level design for new requirements which needs implementation in the VXML IVR Product.-Interact with the Design Teams to explain the requirements and mentor / assist them in the implementation
-Design modeling
-Documentation related to R&D project activities (like QSMs, Technical Evaluation report, Modeling, Test specs, Review docs etc.)
-Participate in peer reviews and other inspection activities
-Active participation in the SAT forums and propose solution to all teams working in R&D projects, Product Customization and Design maintenance areas.

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering)/B.Tech. (Bachelor of Technologies) preferably in Computer Science or Electronics or Masters in Computer Application (MCA) or MSc(Computer Science)/ME/MTech
