Job


1. Project Manager with minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Industry.

2. Minimum 4 years of experience as a project manager covering entire Software Development Life Cycle - Initiation, Planning, Execution, Controlling and Closing of the project.

3. Minimum 6 Years of experience in Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence field.

4. Minimum 4 years of experience in Onsite/Offshore modeling.

5. Excellent Planning, Organization and management skills.

6. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and analytical skills.

7. Ability to negotiate/manage expectations with business/end users, key stakeholders and senior leaders.

8. Should have managed minimum team size of 15 people.

9. Experience with major projects specific to Retail Domain is a huge plus.

10. Ability to deal with tight timelines, limited resources and still deliver on time and within scope.

11. Ability to lead cross functional teams in a matrix environment.

12. Strong influence and team building skills in a matrix environment.

13. Technically proficient in MS Project, MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel.

14. Ability to facilitate and coordinate weekly status meetings with clients and prepare status reports.

15. Should act as liaison to external groups to facilitate the gathering of requirements

16. Should be able to manage all high level tasks to completion associated with the one or more concurrent projects

17. Should have worked in Onsite/offshore model and is willing to travel onsite US for short duration of 1-3 months
