System Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirement documents, and interface with business requirement or operations teams to gain clarity on requirements
Estimate the effort involved in configuration of the requirement
Design a solution to meet the requirement
If the solution requires a PL/SQL fix, come up with the design for the PL/SQL procedure and assign it to the team that develops these. Assist the team in development and debugging, as required
Analyze existing solutions including existing PL/SQL functionality to evaluate if it can be reused to satisfy client requirements
Configure the solution in development database and unit test it
Migrating the unit tested solution into QA and Staging environments
Ensuring Quality and timely deliverables
Assisting the Config lead in Project Management activities from offshore
Performing knowledge transfer activities or train new members of team in technical areas
Requisite Skill-sets/Behaviours:
Atleast 3 years of HRMS – OAB Implementation experience with a very strong hold on core modules like Elig, Life Events, Rates and Extracts
Good Project Management skills
Strong analytical and logical skills with an appetite for learning
Good command over PL/SQL
Good communication skills
Good team player
Flexible to work extended hours (if required) and mid shifts
BE or MCA is preferred, but not mandatory
