System Analyst - SQL,Excel,MsAccess

Roles & Responsibilities:
 The Analyst performs detailed research and analysis of system issues/errors & providing recommendations on solutions - data corrections, workarounds or spawning projects.
 The analyst is required to update the client documentation for major client driven enhancements and regulatory changes.
 Job will require taking ownership of identified clients or set of projects and execute on responsibilities with minimum guidance
 Job will require intensive interaction with multiple upstream and downstream partners for requirements clarification, validation of fixes and issue resolution
 The analyst would be involved in the preparation of test plan for the user acceptance testing and post production validation
 Job would require Ad-hoc reporting to be done through SQL Queries
 The analyst has to proactively work with the PA lead to help monitor progress of projects, addressing issues and recommending course corrections as needed
 The analyst has to respond timely to operational requests submitted by Implementation Managers and Client Service Managers
 Identify process improvement opportunities.
 Working hours - 1 PM to 10 PM; Team supports business partners and customers in the US

Requisite Skill-sets/Behaviours:
• Previous proven experience in one or all of the areas of Research & Analysis, Requirements Analysis
• Intermediate technical expertise in SQL, MS Excel and MS Access
• High exposure to Technology required (Oracle Apps would be added advantage)
• Expertise in multiple party interactions including end-Customer interactions
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong judgement, decision making skills
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills.
• Basic knowledge on software development life cycle
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes
• Good time management skills
• Experience working as part of a team
• Experience providing guidance, leadership and addressing a peer group a plus
